15 month Check Up

Good day! We just got home from seeing Dr. Tammi for the girls' 15 month check up. Everything looks great for the girls in terms of growth and development and they are right on track.

We were a little concerned about their verbal skills as they don't use many words yet, but they babble up a storm. She assured us that this is very common for twins because they have their "own language" that they develop between the two of them and they are content with that. Now that we think about it, that is true! They are always chatting to each other across the room, at the table, during play. And also, "early walkers, late talkers." The girls run, throw and kick a ball, and run and run (as they did all through her office), so she said they have exceeded what they need to do there.

Here are the stats for the stinks:

Abby: 22 lbs, 5 oz and 31 inches tall
Madelyn: 23 lbs 7 oz and 31 inches tall

Little Abber is starting to really thin out with all her activity! Mommy definetely doesn't need a gym membership!
