So, this is Dave's project.
Earlier this spring, he started work on this old farmhouse here in WBL and has been diligently working on it in hopes to have it done this summer to resell or use as a rental. When bought, it had one bedroom upstairs and one bath down. When finished, it will have two nice sized bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, and another half bath down. It is on about 1/2 acre on a quiet street and has access to a private community beach on White Bear Lake. Boys get most excited that is has an extra deep 2 1/2 car garage and another shed. Okay....
It has really good bones and we are excited to see how it turns out. This is Dave's dream job and I am so thrilled for him. Stay tuned!!
